Concordia Bank offers a service that allows you to conveniently access your account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at no cost to you. A single phone call puts the data you need at your fingertips. There is no need to apply or sign up. Just dial 1-800-977-7911 and follow the simple step-by-step instructions.
All you need is your account number and access code to obtain accurate and up-to-date information on your account. The initial access code is the last four digits of your social security number. You will be prompted to enter a new access code (4 DIGIT PIN) after your first log-in. Then, you will need to enter this new access code each time you use the Direct Inquiry Line.
Recouping losses and clearing your credit will take money and time. As your trusted financial partner, your identity protection is our highest priority. We already have procedures in place to detect warning signs of identity theft, such as unusual account activity, and we take immediate action and the appropriate steps to prevent and mitigate any potential identity theft event.
